How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the marketplace — processing listings, facilitating purchases and trades, managing subscriptions, and communicating with you about your account and transactions.
We also use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve our platform and understand sustainability impact across our community.
Image Processing
When you upload a photograph of a listing, we automatically process it through our image editing partner to apply a consistent house aesthetic — removing the original background and applying a warm, branded backdrop. Your original image is replaced by the refined version.
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Base44 Payments. We do not store your credit card information. Payment details are collected securely on the checkout page and processed entirely by our payment partner.
Data Sharing
We share information only as necessary to operate the platform — with our payment processor for transactions, our email provider for notifications, and our image editing partner for photo refinement. We never sell your personal information.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time through your Wallet. You may also request a full export of your data by contacting us.
