Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and transact on ClothesLoop. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when listing items and to only list children's clothing that you own and have the right to sell or trade.

ClothesLoop charges a 10% commission on each completed sale. This fee is deducted from the buyer's payment before the seller's payout is calculated. Sellers receive 90% of the listed exchange price.

Commission is automatically calculated and displayed at the time of listing and checkout.

We offer a Studio Pro subscription that includes free featured listing placements. Featured listings purchased individually are charged at the displayed price.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your Wallet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

When you claim an item, payment is processed through Base44 Payments. The listing is marked as claimed and the seller is notified to ship.

Sellers are responsible for shipping items promptly and accurately. Buyers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address at checkout.

Trade-only listings do not involve monetary payment — they are marked as claimed directly.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By listing an item, you grant ClothesLoop a license to display your listing and processed photographs on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including listing prohibited items, attempting to circumvent payment processing, harassing other users, or interfering with platform operations.

ClothesLoop is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the underlying sale of goods. We are not liable for the condition, authenticity, or delivery of items exchanged through the platform beyond what is required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
